I went in to pick up groceries and needed the assistance of this black male who seems to be working around the self service area. He was very reluctant to help when I asked for his help, he repeatedly asked me to excuse him (out of his way) whilst I was asking for his assistance. He walked passed me and he never stop to help me. I thought he was very rude and lack customer service. I think he ought to treat everyone equally with respect and kindness. I hope the management team have a meeting with this particular staff so that he doesn’t do this again m.

I used to love this M&S but after Brexit they barely get any products there anymore. Always 3/4 of the shelves are empty and essential goods are missing. Before, they had a great selection of their own pizzas, now they reduced it to 3 basic flavours and they’re always out of stock. Shopping there has sadly become a hunters job. Management should look into minimising stock deficiencies asap.

Sorry to have to share a one star but this is not targeted to the wonderful staff at my local branch at West Hampstead but to the security officer who kept following my daughter around the store today whilst she was doing her usual Sunday Dinner Shopping. IM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED and MY DAUGHTER FEELS DAUNTED NOW TO VENTURE INTO HER FAVOURITE LOCAL M+S Today Its not about Marks and Sparks but Marks Makes me Sad

Usual excellent selection of food & drink here. It also has an on-site bakery. We often pop in here to either get food & drink to take to Regents Park (a few stops on the tube) or when returning home & go from WH Thameslink. They have a large selection of craft beers in cans but could do with having a wider selection of them in the fridge.

Just love this place! Staff are always kind and understand that I find using the tills difficult. They are all lovely: Helena, Pauline and the beautiful girl with the long hair (Alexis) who's going to be my daughter-in-law if I can persuade my son to divorce his equally lovely wife. I have tried to contact your head office to commend them all but can't get anywhere with the system. Thanks Guys

Sadly I experienced a very negative tone and attitude today when asking the store manager a question regarding food deliveries. It was very clear that he was put out because I was interrupting him from his work. He actually look like he was gritting teeth as he spoke. This was very disappointing because the staff are usually friendly and bubbly and have good customer service. The manager has been there for many years so he should know better and have a good customer service when engaging with customers.

A thoroughly decent Marks and Spencer. Shelves nearly always well stocked, a great range of fresh bread. The self checkouts do glitch quite a bit.

Short male manager was very rude when I interrupted him to ask for help. Also most of the store looked under stocked. Also no sign of staff around the store as I wanted to ask if they had any fish fingers in the back but didn't want to ask the manager again. Only one member of staff to deal with the self checkouts as well as the collections and refunds till. Skeleton crews in most workplaces but you don't expect it at a prestigious store like M&S!!
